OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide

diapers, period products, and incontinence supplies

at no cost

to people in the ArkLaTex

who are experiencing

economic challenges.

OUR DIRECTORS

 

Our Board Members have 80+ years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and they each live/work in the ArkLaTex region.

They are working parents and grandparents, educators,

social workers, advocates for working families and equal rights,

and community volunteers.

Pam has worked in office administration, patient relations & service for a large nonprofit hospital for 18 years.

Co-Director

Debbie Hollis is a respected nonprofit consultant, grant writer, and public servant who has worked in the local nonprofit sector since 1992.

Sandra Roberson

Member - Board of Directors

Sandra Roberson is the Director of the BPCC Cavalier Care Center, and was formerly the Student Success Coordinator for the Science, Nursing, and Allied Health Division. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a B.A. of Interdisciplinary Studies & a minor in Psychology. She completed her Master’s Degree  at Louisiana Tech in Counseling and Guidance, with a minor in Human Services.

Dr. Jaime Cantrell

Member - Board of Directors

Dr. Jaime Cantrell is an Assistant Professor of English at Texas A&M University-Texarkana, where she serves as the Director of the Undergraduate Minor Program in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.

Breana Coco-Serna is a Senior Psychology Major at Centenary College of Louisiana. She is a volunteer at Basic Necessities, and enjoys graphic design in her free time.

Brenda Coco

Member - Board of Directors

Brenda Coco is a mother and wife. Her husband is a retired veteran who served in Iraq & Afghanistan. She has a B.S. and an M.A.in Human Services Management with a concentration in Mental Health. She works with Volunteers of America as a Support Coordinator with the Elderly Waiver Services Program.
